HOW WE HANDLE THE OCCASIONAL INEVITABLE ERROR
(6/2013)You called me on Thursday to see whether I had received an incorrect shipment because someone else had received my order. As of now, I have not received anything (not even the other order), however, I checked the tracking on my order and see that it was incorrectly delivered to someone else (even though the ship to name and address was me), as you had told me.
According to tracking, she must have then reshipped it to me. It was on the truck to be delivered yesterday, but then they changed the delivery date/time and it looks like I will get it on Monday. My fairy houses have taken the long route to get here but I am sure they will have been worth the wait!
Just wanted to update you because of our phone conversation. No need to call me. Thank you.
Connice got your items and you apparently got hers too. Please keep those items and enjoy them. The others should come shortly (the ones she forwarded on to you). Then....your extras will arrive. It's a big mess no doubt but as long as ultimately you get what you actually ordered its all good.
I know you still haven't...but you will shortly. I have sent Connice replacements for what you have received today and she's happy so...
Please don't feel bad about keeping that stuff. I tell you honestly it's so much easier for me to handle that way and you've been very patient and nice about it all - least I could do...

Wow! I am blown away. That is extremely generous of you. Believe me, I will truly enjoy them. Now, I am a constant Facebook and Pinterest user. May I post something on these sites praising your products and your customer service? I won't mention the shipping glitch. Or is there some other venue I can use? I know that product endorsements and customer reviews can be powerful.

There is one item that I didn't get and a similar item was shipped instead. I ordered the "Mini Troll's House with Stone Roof" but got the "Troll's Dwelling with Tree House" instead. I already have the latter item which I bought from you on my first order back in late December. The UPC code on the bottom is 6 93061 16522 3. Please let me know how you want to handle this.

I received my order yesterday. WOW!! Thank you SO much. I am making miniature gardens for my daughters for Mothers Day and this is my first attempt. I was so pleased with the things I ordered and I couldn't believe your generosity in adding the special gifts you sent in addition to my order. (3/2013) Thank you for the lovely extras with my order. This is going to be our first Fairy Garden, my daughter, granddaughter and I. It's intended to be an early Mother's Day gift for my daughter and granddaughter to share.
My granddaughter is 2 years old and her brother is in first grade, so she's home all day with mom and sometimes gets into mischief because she gets kind of bored. They both love the outdoors and fairies are their favorite little people. :)

You had no way of knowing but one of the fairies you added to my order is named Jacqueline. This fairy has a very special meaning to me. A friend of mine of over 25 years is named Jacqueline. She is 97 and legally blind. She is living in an assisted living facility so I do not worry but there are so many things she needs over and above what they can do. I was particularly happy with the moss. I'm new to this so I wondered how it's supposed to be stored prior to use? If you have time I'd appreciate it. Truth be told, he is at Fox Specialty Services working at filling orders and adding lots of surprise goodies to the boxes going out to customers. Some of those goodies are on wish lists, or have to get next lists. He is very generous as this must be in his nature.
He is thoughtful, kind and a true gentleman. But after all, he is Santa Claus bringing happiness all year long.
